From Cork Airport (ORK) to Cork city centre

Outside the front of the airport is a taxi rank to the left and the bus stop to the right. These are the two simplest and quickest ways to get into the city. Taxis are approx €15 and the bus costs €2.70.

Bus numbers 226 and 226A take you in to the city centre. They take approximately 20 minutes and they run every half an hour.

Please ensure you check that you get on the bus towards Kent Train Station: buses with the same numbers travel in the opposite direction to Kinsale and use the same stop.

Dublin Airport to Cork city centre

From Dublin Airport you first need to get to Dublin’s Heuston Station and from there is a direct train to Cork. There is an ‘airlink’ bus service between Dublin Airport and Heuston Station. To book train tickets, click here.
