Hilary Kidd, Smart Services Director, Young Scot

Hilary Kidd is Smart Services Director at Young Scot, the national youth information and citizenship charity for 11-26 year olds in Scotland. She leads on the strategic development and implementation of Young Scot’s smart-service programmes including the Young Scot National Entitlement Card and Young Scot Membership. A qualified Solicitor, Hilary has spent the majority of her career in the third sector, working with youth and community organisations. Currently Vice-President of the European Youth Card Association, a non-governmental association of 36 country partners across Europe, Hilary also sits on the Boards of Scotland’s Towns Partnership and the UK’s national proof of age accreditation scheme (PASS).
