Alex Phillips is a Project Director in the Placemaking team at Grosvenor where he is responsible for a 20-acre masterplanning project on Grosvenor’s London estate in Belgravia. He brings to the team his expertise and experience in the development, design and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder, mixed-use projects including the redevelopment of the Millennium Dome into The O2. In addition to his role at Grosvenor, Alex is also a member of the Board of Governors of Ravensbourne.
Prior to joining Grosvenor, Alex worked with Cathedral Group (now U+I) where he led the delivery of public-private-partnership projects in London including the award-winning Clapham Library. Alex is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and holds degrees from the University of Bath, Oxford Brookes University and Virginia Tech. He began his career working as an architect with RTKL in the UK and USA and also Allies and Morrison.
